This week's challenge- activity!

With the weather being as sucky as it is, what are YOU doing to stay active? Post your ideas.

  1. I like to do exercise on the bouncy ball. Crunches, lunges, etc. I also will jump on my mini-trampoline.

  2. I had a fabulous work out at the gym yesterday. I am so tired, but I will commit to going in to the gym today. I hope that I can de-stress after a crazy day.
