I like to do exercise on the bouncy ball. Crunches, lunges, etc. I also will jump on my mini-trampoline.
I had a fabulous work out at the gym yesterday. I am so tired, but I will commit to going in to the gym today. I hope that I can de-stress after a crazy day.
